About Thai Massage
Thai massage is 2500 year-old healing art therapy designed to relax and energise the body. By combining acupressure (palming and kneading) and over 300 yoga-like postures, thai massage is a powerful and unique form of massage therapy.
Thai massage has been called Lazy Man's Yoga or Yoga For Two.
Thai massage focuses on shifting the energy flow of the body (prana). This also helps to restore health, harmony and balance so that well being is greatly improved. After receiving a massage, it can take 4 to 5 days for this energy rebalancing to complete.
